Chris, Dec, Dave, Mike
The Kinda’ Blues started off in 2010 with Chris, Dave and Mike performing at Mike’s wedding – a cunning ploy to prevent Mike from displaying his questionable dancing ability in front of his family, friends and peers. He owe’s his Wife BIG TIME. 
The next few years were slow for the band, with the members spread across Australia for work. Serendipitously, Dave moved from Perth to Canberra, and just around the corner from where Mike lived, and Chris moved from the northern suburbs of Sydney to the Shoalhaven area. The guys were within a peaceful drive from each other and rehearsals became regular. Predominantly playing rock music, the band were missing a key element – a singer who could match the vision for the band. Enter Dec, Chris’ Perth-based brother who in 2018 moved to the east coast. The band took shape, shifting from rock to blues, with a slight hint of jazz and rock. Named after the classic Miles Davis album, the band are finally where they should be – performing honest music with heart and soul.
